1. XPCII-T cannot upload the program normally.
1. First, make sure the computer is an XP system.
2, to determine whether the central control drive is installed, not installed to reinstall the driver. This can be found in the Universal Serial Bus controller of the device manager of the computer. Can you find the driver display of CR-PGMII or AV-XPCII? If the prompt is the question mark, the driver is not installed.
3 Check if the USB cable is damaged.
4 Check if there is a problem with the program. Sometimes the infrared file is not recorded and it will not be uploaded. This can be judged by the program that can be uploaded before.
5 The program card machine in the central control, can not upload. This can be re-uploaded by clearing the program in the central control. To clear the program: Unplug the central control power cord, press and hold the infrared learning button on the front panel, and then power it on. At this time, the central control will have a "drip" sound, keep pressing until it does not ring, and then re-upload the program to empty.
6 Determine whether the central control usb port is good. There are two usb ports in the central control.
Second, 1200 black screen and flower screen problem
In general, we are all coming back to repair.
Third, the power controller is not controlled
The first thing to look at is whether the device is controlled with the NET port or with the COM port.
If it is controlled with NET port:
1 First, look at the ID light behind the movie controller. If it is not lit, you can check whether the first button on the front panel of the power controller is NET control mode (can be selected by pressing or popping up the button). The power controller can't control it. This is usually the case.
2 Look at the ID set on the central control program and the ID of the power controller.
3 Check if the NET control cable is connected correctly (the 4 NET control lines are one-to-one correspondence).
4 Measure whether the central control NET port has 24V power output, and the left and right sides of the NET port 4 lines are positive and negative 24V of the power output interface, and the middle two are 485 control lines.
5 With the ID of the power controller and the ID in the central control program, sometimes the ID of the power controller is broken and it is uncontrollable.
If it is controlled by COM port:
1 The power controller's COM definition is 2 send 3 accept 5 ground, the baud rate is 38400, so first determine whether the control line is connected correctly, the central control to the power controller uses straight-through line control.
2 Use COM to control the power controller ID light to be off, that is, switch to COM control mode by the first button of the power controller.
3 If the control code is correct, the ID in the control code should correspond to the ID dialed in the power controller.
Fourth, the camera tracking fault (below the camera tracking of our own conference host)
Fault one: the conference host is equipped with a camera alone to do camera tracking
1 First, make sure that it is connected to the control system port of the conference host. It is impossible to do camera tracking on the PC port.
2 Use the serial port test assistant to accept what code is sent from the conference host. If the conference host sends PELCO-D and PELCO-P cameras to call the preset code, you can do camera tracking, other codes can not be video. track.
3 Because the conference host control system port is sent out 232 code, and our camera control is 485 protocol, so the camera must add a 232 to 485 converter, and the camera baud rate can only be 9600, the address code is usually In the case of 1, the camera address code will ultimately depend on the code coming out of the conference host.
4 Confirm that the camera preset position is stored and can be determined by calling the preset position via the keyboard.
Fault 2: Conference host with CT8000 for camera tracking
Because the bottom part of the CT8000 software operation has already written the serial port to receive the code, it will call the code in the MCID that the serial port wants to correspond to. Therefore, the CT8000 can only use one of the three serial ports for camera tracking.
1 First, make sure that the CT8000 serial port is connected to the control system port of the conference host. It is impossible to achieve camera tracking on the PC port.
2 Determine what code comes out from the control system control system port. Only the code that calls the camera preset address code 1 of the PELCO-D protocol can be used for camera tracking.
3 Check if the line is connected incorrectly. The conference host to the CT8000 is the 232 crossover line. The camera is connected to the 485 protocol control line and must be connected to the same serial port.
4 If the program is wrong, the CT8000 accepts the code sent from the wheat ID to 1, and will call the code in the MCID1 in the serial port accordingly, so the corresponding camera call code should be filled in the MCID.
5 Confirm the baud rate of the camera. Only the camera baud rate is 9600 for camera tracking.
6 Confirm that the camera preset is saved. The test can be called up via the control panel.
Fault 3: Conference host supporting XPCII
1 First, make sure that the serial port of the XPCII receiving conference host code is connected to the control system port of the conference host. If it is connected to the PC port, the camera tracking cannot be performed, and the 232 crossover line should be used.
2 Determine if the program is wrong, and see if the code coming out of the control system's control system port and the receiving code filled in the central control serial port correspond.
3 Determine whether the central control COM can receive the code of the conference host, and test it by changing the control of other COM.
4 Confirm whether the camera preset is saved or not. You can call the test through the control panel.
Five, AV-3900 can not record infrared and data is not saved
Can't record infrared:
1, AV-3900 recording infrared is generally more difficult to record, to record more times, and sometimes the location must be right to be recorded;
2, when the infrared recording does not enter, you should try to restart the device after recording the power to record the infrared;
3, sometimes can not be recorded on the front panel of the 3900 host, try to record on the control panel;
4, directly on the host or control panel can not be recorded, you can use the computer to connect to the host to open the software to record.
Data is not saved or is easily lost:
When using the 3900 serial port to control the projector, after setting the parameters, the projector can be controlled normally. When it is used several times, it can't be controlled. The data is lost. You need to reset the parameters.
Sixth, audio-visual central control software can not be encoded
1 Sometimes after writing the parameters, the settings are not entered into the central control host, usually the computer is not connected to the host, restart the computer or restart the central control host, try several times, usually can be set in;
2 parameter settings do not go in, it may be a software or computer problem, change the computer, reinstall the software to set the parameters into it.
3 Confirm that the COM port used by the computer corresponds to the COM port of the software, and the 232 line is required to be used.
Seven, the camera can not be controlled properly
1 Determine whether the protocol of the central control program corresponds to the camera. Our camera is controlled by the 485 protocol. The baud rate is 2400 at the factory and the address code is 1 (the baud rate and address code can be changed). This information is also visible when the camera is powered on.
2 Check if the camera control line is connected incorrectly. The 485 protocol of the central control COM port pin definition is 4 positive and 9 negative. It is required to correspond to the camera control line.
3 Check if the control line is open and the camera is powered.
4 Determine if the control code is correct. The yellow light in the camera will be illuminated when our camera receives the correct control code.
5 If the camera is controlled by the 485 protocol, it is necessary to determine whether the central control supports the 485 protocol. For example, our AV-X8000 does not support the 485 protocol, and the control camera needs to add a 232 to 485 converter.
Eight, the projector can not be controlled properly
Fault 1: How to solve the problem when the projector adopts infrared control
1 First judge whether the control wiring is correct or not, such as whether the positive and negative poles of the infrared emitter stick are reversed, and whether the emitter of the infrared emitter rod is too far away from the infrared receiving position of the projector, and is immediately adjacent to the infrared receiving position of the projector;
2 Whether the infrared data recorded by the projector remote control is correct, can be simulated by the test function of the infrared learning window of ControSystem software. If it cannot be controlled, the infrared learning is not correct, and the infrared learning is required. If it can be controlled, it should be detected. Whether the host control program is correct, such as whether the infrared data imported into the projector has a target in the host control program, which prompts the program to compile.
3 Whether the infrared transmission port wiring of the host corresponds to the infrared data emission port used by the control program.
4 Whether the infrared control line is too long, the infrared is generally the most stable within 30 meters.
Fault 2: How to solve the problem when the projector adopts RS-232 control
1 Under the premise of knowing the RS-232 code of the controlled projector, first judge whether the control wiring is correct or not, and the control line distance is too long. Under normal circumstances, the control line cannot exceed 80 meters.
2 In the host control program, the communication settings of the projector's control port should be correct, such as baud rate, check digit, etc.
3 If the projector is set correctly, when the projector is controlled in some brands, the projector will not be able to be turned on in the standby state. Because the projector has a standby mode, the projector serial port will be turned off in the economy mode or power saving mode. Take the Sanyo projector as an example, in the menu -> Settings -> Standby Mode -> 1 Economic Mode 2 Network Mode. We can choose "network mode" to solve the problem that the projector cannot be turned on in the standby state.
Nine, infrared recording problem
1) Infrared remote control, its power is insufficient; replace the battery.
2) The remote control is too far away from the “infrared receiving” window, and the remote control's transmitting port is not aligned with the host “infrared receiving”.
window.
3), the way to press the remote control is incorrect, the button time is too long or too short; the button is moderate.
4), the host waits for recording code or confirms the remote control code for more than 10 seconds; try to complete it within 10 seconds.
