1. The problem that the equipment cannot be vacuumed is the core issue. It directly determines whether the test can be performed normally. There are several reasons why a device cannot be vacuumed effectively:

(1) The air source is not open or the tubing connection is incorrect. Sealing tester uses air compressor or industrial air source to provide working power, and the air source pressure is generally 0.7MPa. When there is no vacuum, first check whether the external air source is on, observe whether the pressure of the external air source meets the requirements, the pressure is too low, and the vacuum pumping efficiency and effect fail to meet the test requirements. When piping is connected, connect the air supply line to the port marked “Air Source”, and connect the piping of the sealing tank to the port marked “Vacuum”. If the air source is connected to "vacuum," the negative pressure gauge will be directly damaged.
(2) If the external air supply is all normal, check again whether the "test switch" and "reverse blow switch" are open at the same time. The test switch is used to generate vacuum, and the reverse blow switch is used to eliminate the negative pressure in the equipment and the sealed tank. Both are opened at the same time, and the generated vacuum is simultaneously back blown and neutralized, and the negative pressure cannot be generated.
(3) Check that the seal of the seal barrel is good. If the sealing effect of the sealing barrel is not good, the negative pressure will not rise. After closing the test switch, the pressure quickly drops to zero. The sealing effect of the sealing barrel is critical in the sealing ring. When the temperature is relatively low, the sealing ring is hardened and the sealing effect is not good. The solution is to repeatedly rub the sealing ring to soften it, sprinkle a proper amount of water on the sealing ring, so that the sealing ring is completely wet (water helps to seal), during the test, press down the sealing cover properly and make the sealing cover Good contact with the sealing ring, generally after more than -20 kPa, the sealing ring is completely sealed, no longer need to pressurize.
(4) There is a leak in the air path inside the equipment. If the internal air path of the equipment is damaged, it is firstly considered whether the switch valve is malfunctioning or not, and secondly check whether the check valve and the vacuum generator have a problem. The probability of problems with vacuum generators and check valves is very low. Our company uses SMC check valves and vacuum generators. The intuitive phenomenon of switching valve problems is that no matter where the switch is, the two ends of the switching valve are connected. 2. When the equipment reaches the required pressure, it can't hold the pressure equipment to achieve the required negative pressure, but quickly or significantly decreases after the pressure is maintained. This indicates that there is a place where the device is not tightly sealed or leaks.
(1) Check that the sealing bucket meets the sealing requirements. The sealing effect of the sealing barrel also determines whether the equipment can maintain pressure within the required negative pressure range. When the pressure can rise to meet the required pressure, there is no problem with the seal. The problem lies in the sealing joints on the sealing caps (tight fittings), and there is a slight leak in the joints. The solution is to use a wrench to tighten the connector or replace it with a new connector (the quick connector is prone to damage when used repeatedly for a long period of time). It is recommended that the user reduce the number of pull-outs when the connector is connected to the pipe when applicable.
(2) The sample is bulky and leaking. When the negative pressure environment is low, leakage of a large sample easily causes rapid pressure drop. If this phenomenon affects the test, it is recommended to increase the negative pressure environment or use the sealer MFY-02 with automatic pressure keeping function. To determine if this is the problem, the sealed barrel can be tested directly without a sample.
(3) There is a slight leak in the internal components of the equipment. Being able to pressurize but not hold pressure means that the leak is insignificant. It is not easy for users to detect problems without professional equipment testing. Please contact us immediately after sales to overhaul the equipment. During the warranty period, we will repair the equipment for free.

This phenomenon can be directly pulled out of the seal cover on the pipeline, so that gas directly into the sealed barrel from the interface. After gas balance, check the equipment problem. The intuitive phenomenon of switching valve problems is that no matter where the switch is, the two ends of the switching valve are connected. (2) Clogged air lines. This kind of problem is more serious and needs to be returned to the factory for professional overhaul. It is recommended to use this equipment in a complex environment. Please attach a filter to the air supply.

4. Damage to the test piece or failure of the test. How to deal with the test sample If there is damage or obvious leakage, it means the test failed. At this point should first close the test switch or press the stop button, and then open the blowback switch to remove the pressure, wait until the pressure drops to zero, open the sealed tank to remove the sample. Replace the specimen, reduce the test pressure and continue the test.

5, how to use the sealer to accurately reach the specified pressure MFY-01A is a manual device, it is not easy to accurately grasp the set pressure. If you need to use the sealer to accurately test, refer to the following methods of operation:
Reduce the pressure of the air source, and with the increase of the negative pressure, increase the pressure of the air source, close the test switch when the set point is reached quickly, and repeatedly switch the test switch to gradually increase the pressure until the test requirements are met. If the pressure exceeds the set pressure, the exhaust switch can be turned on and off repeatedly to reduce the pressure.
