Recently, the FAW Liberation Technology Development Department organized the "Dump Truck Technical Specifications" review meeting. The standard was drafted by the Design Office of the Special Vehicle of the FAW Liberation Technology Development Department. The review committee invited nine experts from the Technical Center and three well-known domestic dump truck manufacturers to conduct a half-day standard review. 
At the meeting, the FAW Liberation Technology Development Department emphasized that the technical specifications of the dump trucks were very important. This standard can guide and guide the conversion of the top-loading enterprises and improve the quality level and market competitiveness of the dump trucks.
In the past two years, FAW's liberation dump trucks have changed the structure, size and material used of the dump trucks, resulting in legal disputes over quality accidents and severely affecting the image and sales of self-owned dump trucks. In addition, the quality of the product is not assessed by the networked commissioned enterprise, and there is no basis for determining quality problems. At present, major domestic OEMs either have or are developing such corporate standards. In order to standardize the transformation of the FAW Liberation Commission into a top-up modification of the enterprise to ensure that the Jiefang J5 and J6 dump trucks have good top-loading and vehicle quality and to better serve the users, the project team decided to formulate this standard. 
This standard was initiated in March 2011. In May, the personnel of FAW Jiefang Sales Company, Quality Assurance Department, and Technology Department conducted research on several domestic dump truck remodeling plants; through the changes in the product structure of domestic dump trucks in the past two years and the occurrence of The quality issues were summarized and analyzed. In July, standards were drafted. From August to September, FAW Liberation Company conducted three rounds of internal review and revision work to form a standard exposure draft; in October, it was issued to various related companies within FAW Group. And domestic five retrofit factories solicit opinions and form a standard review draft with feedback comments.
In the standard review process, the participating experts discussed and proposed more than 40 suggestions. The members of the preparation team explained and revised the proposal one by one. After the meeting, the standards will be revised according to the recommendations and submitted to the expert group for confirmation. The meeting was a complete success.
