Nanjing Iveco sold 37,043 vehicles in the first quarter

Recently, SAIC Motor announced its March sales and sales bulletin. Production according to the Red Mar. heavy truck 2000, down 57.01 percent year on year; sales of heavy trucks 2155, down 66.99 percent year on year; a quarter production of heavy trucks 4591, down 60.07 percent year on year; in the first quarter sales of heavy trucks 4355, down 64.43 percent year on year.

In the first quarter, as the country continued to implement a prudent monetary policy, investment growth slowed, export growth slowed further, coupled with factors such as rising oil prices and low demand in the real estate industry, the heavy-duty truck market experienced a sharp overall Decline.

SAIC Commercial Vehicle produced 1,036 vehicles and sold 505 vehicles in March. In the first quarter, it produced 1747 vehicles and sold 1,098 automobiles.

In March, Nanjing Iveco performed well and sales increased year-on-year. This month, Nanjing Iveco produced 16,458 vehicles, a year-on-year decrease of 3.78%; and sold 15016 vehicles, an increase of 3.72% year-on-year. In the first quarter of the year, Nanjing Iveco produced 32,730 vehicles, a year-on-year decrease of 4.83%, and sold 37,043 vehicles, an increase of 3.32% year-on-year. It is understood that the pick-up in the light-duty truck market in the first quarter led to an increase in sales of Nanjing Iveco.
