The helmet impact tester is a full touch screen PLC control, automatic printing and data saving function, designed to test the impact resistance of human body wearing helmets in various construction, coal and other industries. This product is widely used in the production, inspection, supervision, research and use of various helmets.
When determining the impact resistance of the helmet, a special head model with a helmet is placed on a highly sensitive sensor, and then a hammer with a specified mass (5 KG) is used to impact from a height of 1 m, and a high-sensitivity force sensing device is used. Measure the force value at the moment of impact to determine the impact resistance of the helmet.

When measuring the penetration resistance test of the helmet, the head mold is first fixed on the base so that the head mold and the puncture hammer and the electric contact display device form a closed circuit, and then the puncture hammer (3KG) is used to drop the helmet from a height of 1m. After the puncture, the electric contact display device was observed to determine the penetration resistance of the helmet.
