The taxi company must ensure that the driver answered the system call within 20 seconds and confirm the taxi within five minutes. Passengers should not have more than 10 minutes of waiting time. The third-party taxi booking application company has not yet been supervised. However, this may change because the Land Transport Authority will continue to review the impact of these companies on the transportation industry.
