The implementation plan of boiler energy saving project in our city

A few days ago, the reporter learned from the Municipal Development and Reform Commission that the municipal government has formulated the implementation plan for the city's boiler energy-saving project.

The plan clarified the specific goals and work plans of the city's “Twelfth Five-Year” boiler energy saving work, and implemented six specific measures to accelerate the elimination of outdated boilers, that is, to speed up the elimination of outdated boilers and carry out energy efficiency test evaluation of existing boilers; Supervise and realize that the boiler is basically in a state of indifferent; Strictly review the boiler energy efficiency, strengthen the energy-saving review of the new boiler project; Establish an energy supervision database to promote the use of boilers to implement energy-saving reform; Actively promote centralized heating, and gradually promote the construction of demonstration heating .

It is understood that at present, there are 1,063 boilers in the city and 831 in actual use. The average operating efficiency is about 56%, which is about 20 percentage points lower than the national standard. Through technological transformation and improving the level of operation and management, the city is expected to save more than 100,000 tons of standard coal annually.
