(4) When demolition blasting is carried out, the blasting body must be covered with protective cover to prevent flying stones and reduce blasting noise. (17) When the temperature at the bottom of the blasthole exceeds 80 °C, all the asbestos should be wrapped in the medicine package and the detonating cord or the fuse. The length of the fuse should not be less than 60cm, and the time of one charge should not exceed 4 minutes.
(18) When the temperature at the bottom of the blasthole is lower than 80 °C, the package may be in other packaging styles, and the time of one charge shall not exceed 5 minutes.

(5) Before charging, check whether the blasting network wire, the chronograph line and the telephone communication line are damaged. Only when the insulation is good, the two ends of the network wire are allowed to be short-circuited. The blasting network wires are distinguished from the chronograph lines by the use of obvious signs.
(6) For the same blasting station, only one set of network conductors shall be used, and only one detonating kit shall be allowed on the same shot point (except for combined blasting).
(7) When the blasting center operation station is detonated by remote control, the operator of the instrument must obtain the notice of the blaster and confirm the correctness before detonating. After the blasting, the blaster should immediately remove the key on the detonator, keep it in person, not hand it to anyone, and remove the blasting network wire.
(8) After detonation, the personnel must enter the shot to check the safety situation after 5 minutes, and blast in the cave, culvert, small tunnel or small well without mechanical ventilation. After the gun smoke is removed, the authorized personnel enter the blasting area.

(14) The blasting operation personnel on the ship of seismic exploration work shall conduct training and assessment of blasting safety technology in advance. There should be personal lifesaving equipment on board.
(15) There is no reliable communication between the blasting operation vessel and the seismic exploration vessel, and blasting is prohibited.
(16) The distance between the blasting operation vessel and the seismic exploration vessel shall not be less than 150m, and the relevant provisions of the safety distance shall be observed.
(17) Explosive pharmacy packages at different depths in the water shall be marked with obvious buoy marks on their corresponding water surfaces.
(18) When placing the medicine pack, the medicine package should be heavy to prevent the medicine pack from floating. The blasting network wire should be taken care of by a special person and hung in a high place. It is forbidden to use the blasting network wire to attach the buoy to the medicine bag.
(19) The blasting operation vessel shall not tow the medicine bag in the water and the bottom of the water. After the drug pack is placed at the designated location of the required depth, the blasting ship is allowed to leave the work site. After the blasting operation vessel has been evacuated to a safe place, it shall be checked again whether the hull form and the surrounding waters are hanged with a drug pack, and the confirmation is correct before the conduction test is performed, and then the detonation signal is issued to perform blasting.
(20) During the period from the start of the charge to the release of the blasting alarm, all the passing vessels must sail in the direction specified by the signal sent by the blaster, and must not enter the blasting danger zone or close to the blasting operation vessel. On the upper and lower reaches of the ship's navigation, a warning ship shall be set up to prevent the unintentional shipman from entering the dangerous area.
(21) The use of gas explosion or electric spark as the source of the earthquake shall be carried out in accordance with a special safety design.
Fourth, oil and gas well blasting
(1) The following provisions shall be observed for the storage of explosives, perforating bullets and coring guns:
1. The perforated projectiles stored in the oil pipe in a separate warehouse shall not be mixed with other perforating bullets or detonating cords;
2. Destroy the detonated detonators, explosives and gunpowder in the warehouse in time.

(4) When assembling a gun body and a perforating gun without a gun body, the following provisions shall be observed:
1. When the perforating gun with the gun body is used, the perforating projectile should be sent in sequence with the bomber. The detonating cord should be straightened, but it should not be too strong. When the gun is tailed, it must be positioned by hand.
2. When installing the detonator in the body of the gun without the inside of the gun, it must be tied firmly and must not fall off or rub.
(5) It is necessary to leave the wellhead and the power supply when loading the gun at the well site. It is forbidden to stand on both sides of the gun body.
(6) Before the explosion tube, perforating gun (bomb) and coring machine are moved to the wellhead, all power must be cut off. The winch and the instrument car must be connected to the ground wire. After the explosion tube, the perforating gun (bomb) and the core remover are inserted into the well for 50 m, the on-off condition can be checked. Before the wellhead receives the gun, the cable must be discharged to ensure that the core is connected to the gun after the power is not available.
(7) It is forbidden to use the explosive cylinder, perforating gun (bomb) and coring machine that have been charged to carry out the well. The ascending and descending speed of the explosive tube shall not exceed 3000m/h, the perforating gun with the gun body shall not exceed 7000m/h, the perforating gun without the gun body shall not exceed 4000m/h, and the perforating gun for the per-tube nozzle shall not exceed 2000m/h. The ascending speed of the coring machine shall not exceed 3000m/h, and the lowering speed shall not exceed 5000m/h.
(8) Before the explosion-proof explosive tube, projectile hole and core-receiver are put forward, the power supply should be cut off. After the wellhead is raised, the fire line should be disconnected and moved to a safe place.

(9) When exploding, perforating and coring in oil and gas wells with hydrogen sulfide and carbon monoxide content greater than 1g/m 3 , wellhead workers must wear gas masks.
(10) Oil and gas well explosion fire extinguishing must comply with the following regulations:
1. Prepare the design and construction plan, report it to the higher authorities for approval and file with the public security department;

(11) When using the detonating cord to release the loose buckle, it is strictly forbidden to stand around the tongs. The diameter of the assembled high temperature detonating cord and high temperature detonator bundle shall not exceed the diameter of the guide sleeve (centralizer). Plastic skin detonating cords shall not be used in wells containing hydrogen sulphide or wells with a well temperature above 130 ° C and a hydraulic pressure above 500 atm.
Other blasting
(4) The transmission line should be avoided as much as possible between the shot point and the blasting station.
