The case of Bridgestone v. Qingdao Jingke International Trade Co., Ltd. of Shandong Province appeared to be judged by the Intermediate People's Court of Qingdao, and Bridgestone won the case. Bridgestone believes that this act violated its legitimate rights and interests and initiated a lawsuit in the Qingdao Intermediate People's Court. Recently, the local court found that the patent infringement of Qingdao Jingke International Economic and Trade Co., Ltd. was established. As Qingdao Jingke International Economic & Trade Co., Ltd. has not appealed the verdict, the verdict has now come into effect.
