JHP series gold-loaded carbon medium temperature non-cyanide desorption and same temperature electrolysis equipment was developed by Changchun Gold Research Institute Co., Ltd. in 1998 and entered the market. It has been used in more than 800 enterprises at home and abroad. This series of equipment is oriented to the gold-loaded carbon in the gold cyanide carbon slurry process for gold desorption and electrolysis, and the gold adsorbed on the gold-loaded carbon is produced in the form of high-grade gold mud. After decades of practical application and continuous optimization and improvement in enterprises, this series of equipment has developed to the fifth generation.

Air compressor dryer
Basic principle of adsorption drying
1) Adsorption mass transfer and adsorption equilibrium. The adsorption process is a mass transfer process in which water vapor in the compressed air diffuses onto the adsorbent and is adsorbed.
When the compressed air is in contact with the porous solid adsorbent, the water molecules are adsorbed after hitting the surface of the solid adsorbent. At the same time of adsorption, the adsorbed water molecules partially leave the surface of the adsorbent and return to the gas stream due to the collision of their own thermal motion and external gaseous molecules. The adsorption equilibrium is reached when the amount of adsorbed water molecules is equal to the number of water molecules leaving the surface of the adsorbent.
2) Regeneration of the adsorbent. The regeneration method of the adsorbent is classified into a non-thermal regeneration method and a micro-thermal regeneration method.
A no heat regeneration method. The adsorption capacity of the adsorbent for water is proportional to the partial pressure of water vapor in the compressed air during adsorption. By utilizing this characteristic of the adsorbent, the adsorption is carried out under pressure, and the regeneration is carried out under normal pressure or under vacuum, thereby producing a heatless regeneration compressed air drying method.
The non-thermal regenerative compressed air drying system generally adopts a double tower type, one tower is adsorbed and the other tower is regenerated. The compressed air is dried through the adsorption tower, and most of the dry air is sent to the user as a product gas, and part of the dry air is returned to the other tower to remove the moisture contained in the adsorbent. The working period is 2~10min. With different adsorbents and regeneration conditions, the non-thermal regeneration compressed air drying method can obtain qualified air with a dew point temperature of -40 degrees.
B micro heat regeneration method. The micro-thermal regeneration compressed air drying method is based on the non-thermal regeneration, and appropriately heats the regeneration to increase the regeneration gas temperature to reduce the regeneration gas consumption. The working period is 30~60min.
The basic principle of the refrigerating dryer:
The basic principle of freeze-drying is to reduce the temperature of the compressed air by using a refrigeration device according to the corresponding relationship between the saturated steam pressure and the temperature of the water in the compressed air, so that the water vapor in the compressed air is supersaturated at a low temperature to condense, thereby making the air Get dry.
In actual use, the freeze-drying method generally reduces the moisture content of the compressed air to a pressure dew point temperature of 2 to 10 degrees. As the process will become more complex, refrigerated air dryers generally do not have to achieve a lower dew point temperature.
The application of the dryer and the dryer should also be selected according to the situation of the company, and can be selected according to the pressure dew point. The pressure dew point of the dryer can only reach 10 °C, the pressure dew point of the dryer can reach -20 to 40 °C, and the minimum can reach -70 °C, which can reach the high quality gas standard. In addition, the energy consumption of the dryer and the dryer is different, and the energy consumption of the dryer may be more.
The dryer is one of the commonly used air compressor post-processing equipment, and its function is to dry compressed air for use in industries that require dry air. The compressed air can be removed from the water vapor by means of pressurization, temperature drop, adsorption, etc., and the liquid water can be removed by heating, filtration, mechanical separation or the like. The working principle of the refrigerated compressed air and adsorption compressor dryer will be explained in detail below.
