The two sides agreed to work overtime on the cross-strait Spring Festival from January 27 to February 24. Cross-strait airlines may request applications based on market demand. In principle, there is no limitation on the number of flights. Only at the busy airport, the upper limit is set by the demand of both airlines. Specifically, each flight in Beijing has 9 flights, 50 flights in Shanghai Pudong, and 15 airports in Guangzhou. There are 14 classes in Shenzhen, Shenzhen, 49 in Hangzhou and 19 in Nanjing. Actual overtime at the time of overtime, according to the relevant provisions of the application or the airline voluntarily exchanged and obtained. Shanghai Hongqiao Airport and Taipei Songshan Airport will not be allowed to work overtime during the Spring Festival. The airlines that originally operated flights to and from Songshan Airport can arrange charter flights at Taoyuan Airport.

In order to satisfy the airline’s application for overtime work that has been proposed by the airlines as soon as possible and arrange the transportation capacity in time, the two sides agreed to confirm the first batch of overtime before January 10 of next year to facilitate early booking of passengers.

In the part of regular passenger routes, the two sides agreed that the mainland will increase the number of airports in Urumqi, Yinchuan, Xining, Hohhot, Hailar, Zhangjiajie, Lijiang and Weihai. Taiwan will increase the Chiayi Airport as a regular passenger destination on both sides of the road, and can work during the overtime period of the Chinese New Year in 2013. Arrange charter flights first.

In the regular service section of passenger transport, the two sides increased by 29 classes each week, of which there were a total of 24 scheduled trips for passenger transport; the non-scheduled travel charter flights changed to 5 regular flights, and the original two sides each had 30 irregular charter flights per calendar month. The quantity remains unchanged. So far, the total number of regular flights across the Strait has increased from 558 weekly classes to 616 weekly classes.

In the part of seasonal charter flights, the two sides agreed to relax the period of operation from May to October of each year from March to November of each year. Each month, each party will perform 20 flights. In addition to retaining Fuzhou, Xiamen, and Quanzhou, the mainland has added five chartered flight destinations including Luoyang, Jieyang Chaoshan, Meizhou, Yichang and Wuyishan. In Taiwan, four charter flights including Hualien, Taitung, Chiayi, and Tainan have been added. Waypoints.

So far, 64 destinations have been opened on both sides of the strait. The mainland has opened 54 destinations and Taiwan has opened 10 destinations.

After consultation, the above arrangements, except for the Spring Festival overtime, other consensus will take effect after the parties complete the relevant confirmation procedures.
