1. Indicates that zero or movement is small. The reasons are: (1) The balance valve is not fully closed or leaking; (2) The high and low pressure valves at the root of the throttling device are not open; (3) The throttling device and the valve between the differential pressure gauge and the pipeline are blocked; (4) Steam guide The pressure tube is not completely condensed; (5) The gasket between the throttling device and the process pipe is not tight; (6) The differential pressure meter has an internal failure.
The corresponding treatment method is: (1) close the balance valve, repair or replace the new one; (2) open; (3) flush the pipeline, repair or change the valve; (4) open the watch until complete condensation; (5) tighten the bolt Or change the pad; (6) check, repair.
2. The indication is below zero. The reasons for this are: (1) reverse connection of high and low pressure pipelines; (2) reverse connection of signal lines; (3) severe leakage or rupture of high-pressure side pipelines.

3, the indication is low. 4, the instructions are high. The reasons for this are: (1) the piping on the low pressure side is not tight; (2) the air on the low pressure side piping is trapped; (3) the pressure of steam, etc. is lower than the design value; (4) the zero displacement of the differential pressure gauge; (5) The flow device and differential pressure gauge are not matched and do not meet the design requirements.
The corresponding treatment methods are: (1) to check and eliminate leakage; (2) to discharge air; (3) to correct the actual density; (4) to inspect and adjust; (5) to replace the supporting differential pressure gauge according to the regulations.
5, indicating that the upper limit of the scale is exceeded. The reasons are: (1) the actual flow exceeds the design value; (2) the low pressure side of the pipeline leakage; (3) the signal line is broken.
The corresponding processing methods are: (1) changing the differential pressure gauge with a suitable range; (2) eliminating leakage; (3) checking and repairing.
6. When the flow changes, the indicator changes slowly. The reasons for this are: (1) The connection pipe and the valve are clogged; (2) There is a fault inside the differential pressure gauge.
The corresponding treatment methods are: (1) flush the pipeline, open the valve; (2) check and eliminate.
7, indicating large fluctuations. The reasons are: (1) The flow parameter itself fluctuates too much; (2) The load cell is sensitive to parameter fluctuations.
The corresponding processing methods are: (1) the high and low pressure valves are properly closed; (2) the damping effect is properly adjusted.
8, instructions do not move. The reasons are: (1) failure of anti-freeze facility, hydraulic freezing in differential pressure gauge and pressure guiding pipe; (2) high and low pressure valves are not opened.
The corresponding treatment methods are: (1) Strengthen the effect of antifreeze facilities; (2) Open the high and low pressure valves.
