This upgrade is based on the F1 power chain, covering the different needs of market segments, covering the technical upgrading of all models. For example, in the match of the IVECO Powerdaily series, the F1A with a displacement of 2.3L is mainly mounted on short-shaft models such as the A32 and A37. The 3.0-liter F1C is mounted on long-shaft models such as A42 and A50. F1 series engines have the performance advantages that similar products can't match in terms of power output, energy saving, environmental protection, smart technology, durability, and applicability. Taking F1C as an example, its lift power reaches 36KW/L and the maximum torque value is 350N·m. Its peak value can continue from 1400 to 2800rpm, which is much higher than the peak torque that can be maintained on the market for similar products. This advantage allows Nanjing Iveco's vehicles to maintain a more stable state when they are climbing or parking, and can handle a variety of complex conditions. The powerful power system also allows the vehicle to have a higher load carrying capacity. The industry believes that the production of complete vehicles and engines in the same factory, allowing them to master the core engine resources, or will greatly enhance Nanjing Iveco's future competitiveness in the market. As the most important part of the SAIC Group's commercial vehicle segment, localization of F1 core power will also lay a solid foundation for the SAIC Group's strategic layout of the entire commercial vehicle segment and further expansion of domestic and international markets.
