OneNote 2013's clippings, notes, and planning lists are a huge personal organization tool—in fact, it's even better. When used, a group of people collaborate with each other.
Whether it's simply giving everyone an important visit to a meeting at a meeting or more complex tasks, such as project proposals that work across the team or even the department, OneNote's cloud focus is easy to share. Here are five ways to use OneNote's sharing tools with your colleagues.
1. Save and Share in the Cloud The easiest and most likely way is to share information through your personal SkyDrive or your team's SharePoint site when you first start using OneNote. You get all the notebooks stored in the cloud and they will access you from anywhere on the laptop, PC or mobile device. But it is not only for your benefit: as long as a file is in the cloud, it can be easily shared with others. Just select the notebook of your SkyDrive or your team's SharePoint site, you want to provide it to others as a save location, then click "File" and "Share" and select Invite people to edit your notes, or use a shared link The URL for viewing or editing permissions. Paste into emails, they will start and run in the flash. You will see them edited on your screen, with the author's details and time stamps for later retrieval and reference marks.

2. Office Web Applications Like other applications in the Office 2013 suite, you can have a modern Web browser to access your OneNote 2013 notebook from any computer device, even if it does not have the installation application itself. Using OneNote Web App, remote workers can log into their SkyDrive and open their laptops in a simplified, browser-based version of the full-scale application. The browser version of OneNote lets users type notes, add tags, and insert photos and links, so it's fully available as a basic line of note. If you need advanced power handwriting notes and drawings, recordings, author searches and all the other elements that make OneNote such a good collaboration tool, you need to go back to a system that has the full OneNote app.

3. Sharing & Meeting We look forward to the OneNote's "Share Meeting" feature, where we introduce more details to OneNote 2013, but the short-lived links with Outlook 2013 allow users to create a shared laptop using all of the invitations to participate. Schedule a meeting. Details of all meeting times and places are pulled into the notes, completing the participants to provide a ready-made list that anyone in the meeting can edit in real time.
4. Password protection section Sharing laptops is easy to get immediate results, but what if your notebook contains sensitive or personal materials and job information? You can move to a new notebook work section where you can only continue to share access, but in OneNote 2013, it is as easy to lock a specific section of the notebook so that invitees can not open them. Just right-click the section on the top of the laptop on the tab and select "Password protected in this section." The "Password Protection" pane will appear on the right side of the screen from where you can choose a new password. The button allows you to lock all the protected parts with the click.Other users can come and go, ask them in an unprotected area, but they will not see your sensitive information.

5. E-mail Pages Collaboration is ideal in many situations, but it may still be inconvenient for a colleague to go to the entire notebook. Fortunately, OneNote also allows you to export and share individual pages or chapters - all possible formats mean there is little chance that the recipient will be able to open it. This is the simplest if you also have Outlook 2013 installed. In OneNote 2013, just click on the homepage|Email page, then fill in the details you would normally have in the email, along with the recipient of the message. If there is no Outlook 2013, instead of going to "File" and "Export choose whether to export pages, sections or notebooks, and then choose a file type of content to convert. If you know that the other party does not have OneNote installed, it may choose a Word document wisely Or PDF file, even take it as a web page.
