The Chongqing Municipal Foreign Economic and Trade Commission reminded that the technology or product for applying for import interest subsidy belongs to the import technology that the bank issued the payment certificate issued by the bank from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013, or the imported product that has completed the customs formalities. The date of completion of customs clearance of imported products shall be based on the customs clearance date.

Finally, it will be jointly reviewed by the Municipal Bureau of Finance and the Foreign Economic and Trade Commission and transferred to the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Commerce.
