Pellet production process

Modern pellets are produced in large scale and complex in process. The annual output of a modern pellet plant is 10 million tons, and the single-machine output of large-scale roasting equipment can reach several million tons. Foreign large-scale pellet plant to build more in the mine, only our pellet plant built in the steel plant.
Typical pellet production process shown below, which is connected to the mine located in the beneficiation plant. If the concentrate is not a single species, it should be mixed with advanced neutralization tank to stabilize its chemical composition. The filter then filters the concentrate water to the pelleting requirements. Adding additives (saponin or slaked lime, etc.) must be thoroughly mixed and then balled into a pelletizer. The raw ball is sieved, and the unqualified person is returned to the rebuilt, and the qualified ball is put into the roasting equipment. The fired pellets are sieved, and the finished pellets are transported to the storage yard, or the storage tank, and ready for shipment. The returned materials must be ground and returned to the production process. If the roasting equipment is a belt roasting machine, a part of the finished pellets must be separated as a bottoming and paving material for the trolley.
