Shaanxi School Bus - No school bus signs are allowed to be school buses

The Ministry of Education of Shaanxi Province, the Provincial Public Security Department and other 20 departments issued a notice on the safety of school buses . They urged all localities to resolutely eliminate the use of vehicles that have not obtained school bus signs to provide school bus services, or use school bus drivers who have not obtained school bus driving qualifications to drive school buses.

It is reported that the "Shaanxi Provincial Regulations on the Implementation of School Bus Safety Regulations" has been formally implemented since February 1 this year. In response to the fact that some passenger cars that do not meet the national school bus standards are used as school buses, the "Measures" follow the "guarantees" The principle of not allowing students to take the bus is a three-year transitional period.

Provincial Department of Education, Provincial Public Security Department and other 20 departments require that during the transitional period, all passenger cars meeting the prescribed conditions to transfer students to and from school must obtain the school vehicle signs. After the transition period is over, all school buses that transfer pupils and young children to and from school will be picked up. Must be a dedicated school bus that meets the national school bus standards . School bus services provided by vehicles that have not obtained school bus signs, or the use of persons who have not obtained school bus driving qualifications to drive school buses, will be strictly punished according to law.
