This series of pumps uses external mixing self-priming structure, the pump should have the right amount of liquid. After the pump is started, the impeller rotates and a negative pressure is formed at the inlet of the impeller. The gas in the suction pipeline is mixed with the liquid in the pump and passes through the pressure chamber to enter the gas-liquid separation chamber. Because of the difference in the specific gravity of the gas and liquid, the gas is separated from the liquid and discharged from the outlet pipe. The liquid sinks in the gas-liquid separation chamber and is circulated repeatedly until the gas in the suction pipe is drained and filled with liquid to complete the self-priming process. The pump started normal infusion. Therefore, in order to ensure that the pump has good self-priming performance, the following conditions must be met:

4. When connecting the outlet pipe to the pump outlet, it must be ensured that the length of the straight pipe is ≥200 mm and then the bend pipe.

If a puncture occurs at high speed, the accident rate is very high. Tyre bursting and fatigue driving and speeding are listed as the three biggest killers of road traffic in China.
