Starting from June 29, 2018, some domestic Brilliance BMW 530Le cars produced during the period from March 6, 2017 to April 27, 2018 will be recalled, totaling 2001 units.
Due to the design and assembly errors of the fuel pump return pipe of the vehicle within the scope of this recall, the two oil seals in the joint may be damaged, resulting in the joint not being adequately sealed. The defective return pipe may leak fuel when the fuel pump is running, which increases the risk of fire of the vehicle and presents a safety hazard. BMW Brilliance Automotive Co., Ltd. will replace the improved fuel pump return pipe for vehicles within the scope of the recall to eliminate potential safety hazards.
