The principle of ultrasonic plastic welding machine :
Ultrasonic plastic welding principle is 20 KHZ (or 15 KHZ)
generated by the generator of high voltage, high frequency signal, can by
changing system, the signal is converted to high-frequency mechanical
vibration, and on the plastic welding surface, Through the welding surface and the
friction between the molecules and make the transfer to the interface
temperature, when the temperature reaches the melting point of the welding
surface itself, the welding surface interface rapidly melting, and then fill in
the gaps between the interface, When
the shaking stops, welding surface cooling under certain pressure setting at
the same time, to achieve perfect welding.
