The appraisal committee consists of experts from CSIC 708 Research Institute, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, and Jiangsu University of Science and Technology. The system was sent to Yantai CIMC Raffles Ocean Engineering Co., Ltd. in March 2012 for installation and use of the semi-submersible offshore platform project.
