1 The KT adjustable turning rolls include one power bed and one idle bed.The turning rolls below 40T adopt helical-worm &cycloidal pin wheel decelerator,and over 40T adopt cycloidal pin wheel or helical-worm decelerator.

Perkins first revealed a new four-cylinder engine to the Asian audience at the just-concluded Shanghai BMW Show, with a displacement of 2.8 liters.
This new model is part of the Perkins Syncro diesel range. The four-cylinder series is available in two different displacements: 2.8 liters and 3.6 liters. All configurations are based on common rail fuel injection. The power range is from 45 kW to 100 kW (60-134 hp), which can be implemented around the world and will be implemented in the future. A number of emission regulations have been issued, including the EU V phase and the US 4 final emission standards.
These newly developed Perkins 2.8-liter and 3.6-liter engines are designed to fit on more than 80 types of mobile equipment; for the OEM customers who are looking to expand their new export markets and grow their business, these power platforms offer exceptional performance and high performance. Value and high reliability must not be what they expect.
The high power and torque density of this series of engines can help the OEM to match a more compact engine. The reduced body size increases power density by 22% overall, resulting in excellent fuel economy, faster response and high electronic integration. These are the necessary power advantages for OEMs to develop differentiated products and improve competitiveness. .
This series of 3.6-liter models has a maximum power of 100kW (134hp) and a maximum torque of 500Nm. The 2.8-liter model has a supercharged intercooler configuration with a maximum power of 55kW (74hp) and a maximum torque of 325Nm. Models can save up to 8% fuel consumption when the main engine is running.
The Perkins Syncro range of engines features advanced technologies including common rail injection systems, full electronic control, advanced air systems and aftertreatment. The universal parts between the 2.8-liter and 3.6-liter platforms are up to 90%, allowing the OEM to have greater flexibility in designing the mainframe products, without having to make too many changes to the structure to meet the emission requirements of different markets.

Perkins also has a number of different post-processing options for these two-displacement engines, including engine mounting and mainframe mounting options, giving customers the freedom to choose. All of these solutions are optimized to fit a variety of hosts.
