HCU is the core functional part of the intelligent diesel engine. It is a new design introduced by MAN, a world-renowned diesel engine manufacturer. The unit is driven by intelligent control of fuel injection and exhaust valves to intelligently realize diesel engine power output. In 2012, Zhongyue Company identified HCU as a key new product project, and set up a special project team based on technical backbone to fully tackle the problem. The top cover and the plunger are precision parts in the HCU, which are highly demanding for materials, heat treatment, dimensional accuracy, shape and position accuracy, surface roughness, hardness, magnetic exploration, super-exploration, and gold.
