Jiangxi Yichun Lithium Mica Concentrator

Ichun beneficiation plant located in Jiangxi, tantalum and niobium is a lithium, rubidium sorting concentrator more noble metals minerals, lepidolite concentration plant is a part of the plant. The plant treated ore containing about 20% lithium mica, other useful mineral-rich iron ore manganese tantalum niobium, tantalum, tin ore, microlite, the main gangue minerals albite, topaz, quartz, and a small amount of other minerals.

The design scale of Yichun Concentrator is 1,500 tons/day. After the ore is crushed and ground, it is re-elected to produce coarse concentrate, which is selected for commercial concentrate. The re-selected tailings are fed into the lithium mica workshop. The production process of the lithium mica is particularly simple. The mixed amine is directly added to the tailings slurry to directly float the lithium mica. The foam product is the lithium mica concentrate. The lithium mica concentrate produced by the plant has a grade of 4% to 4.7% Li ₂ O, and the recovery rate is about 80% to 85%. At the same time, lanthanum and cerium are recovered from the lithium mica concentrate. The production process is shown in Figure 1. The workshop is currently being expanded and remodeled.

Trough type Mixing Machine is designed for thoroughly mixing powders or pastes. It is a horizontal Trough Type Mixer with single stirring arm. The stirring arm is removable so that is Easy to Clean. The part is surfaces which may touch the mixing materials are made of stainless steel, So they are good corrosion - resistant ,the mixing trough can automatically reverse for discharge and the missing time can be automatically controlled.
